Delicious aromatic sauce with garlic, lemon and thyme.
As a sauce
Serve with grilled or pan fried steaks, lamb chops, chicken or fish. Especially good added to pasta - serve hot or cold on the side.
As a topping
Open up baked potatoes and pour in sauce. Toss over hot new potatoes.
As a pan fry
Cut strips of chicken breast, toss in a little sauce, fry until cooked, serve with more sauce.
As a marinade or baste
Pour over chicken breasts in dish and bake until tender. Ideal to use as a marinade with chicken and lamb before cooking.
As a dip
Serve with vegetable pieces, prawns, chicken goujons and tacos. |
