MARY BERRY'S BEARNAISE SAUCE (170ml)
A classic rich sauce with herbs. Serve cold or delicious heated gently in a pan. Perfect with pan-fried steaks and chops. Goes well with grilled or barbecued chicken, beef and lamb.
Add a little grated orange zest and serve with duck. Good with fish and shellfish too.

Add to potato salad with chopped chives and parsley, great addition to ham and cold meat sandwiches.
