| Mary's horseradish is made from Britain's finest horseradishes, we often use a whole jar over a good rib of beef on Sundays. Apart from beef, traditionally horseradish goes exceptionally well with smoked fish, especially eel. For an exciting mashed potato, add a generous amount of Mary's horseradish sauce and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Also a great accompaniment to beetroot, and swirled in soups as an alternative to cream |
